My name is Unni Berg, and I'm a former Real Estate Agent - now retired - but available as a facilitator. You as the buyer will pay the fee for my research.
I am also a professional real estate photographer and videographer who fly a drone, and can provide you with footage and pictures of potential properties you might be interested in on San Salvador. You - as a buyer - will pay me for these services. Photography service I can do for properties that are listed as well, if you aren't happy with the drone footage or photographs on the listing.
